JS Gill, one of the most celebrated mine rescue experts, is near the coal mine in Meghalaya where 15 men are trapped. He saved lives of 65 miners in 1989 in the biggest coal mine rescue operation in the country. Mr Gill told NDTV that the only option is to pump out water since the chance of survival of the men are remote.
