Meitei, Kuki, Naga MLAs to Hold First Joint Meeting In Delhi On October 15
In a significant development towards addressing the ongoing ethnic tensions in Manipur, selected MLAs from the all the major communities of Manipur - the Meitei, Kuki, and Nagas are set to hold a joint meeting , facilitated by the officials of Ministry of Home Affairs at New Delhi on October 15. This will be the first such official meeting of MLAs of all major communities of Manipur since the ethnic violence erupted in the state last year.
