There are no buyers for the big ticket super luxury houses. For instance, at a site in plush south Mumbai, each flat was marked at Rs 100 crore. Bookings opened last year and after the initial rush, buyers have now disappeared. And one can blame it on the credit crunch, the liquidity crisis or the global meltdown.
