Meltdown worsens hunger situation in India
The world hunger situation may further deteriorate as the financial crisis hits the real economies of more and more countries. Already, 40 million people joined the ranks of the under-nourished this year. In Delhi, where they say no one sleeps hungry, people in the slums are fighting hunger on a daily basis.
