Mercator seeks calmer waters in new areas
From a chemical plant to a thriving shipping empire Mercator's boss H K Mittal has travelled a long journey and at the moment he is busy working on major expansion plans to increase revenues. Mittal is making sure that Mercator doesn't just remain a shipping major rather it would diversify into coal mining, dredging and oil services segments, which all have a strong synergy with shipping.
