Mess In Arunachal Pradesh Not New, Says Mohan Guruswamy
On the issue of President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh, Mohan Guruswamy, an economist and expert on China, said that despite India combating claims by China over Arunachal Pradesh, successive Indian governments have failed to bring in development to the state. They have made a mess of democracy by encouraging horse-trading and defections of legislators to prop their own government, he claims.
