Mid-sized hotels to tap capital market
Mid-sized hotel companies including Pride Hotel, Ramee Group and Mahindra Holidays are all in for initial public offering (IPO) looking to raise funds from the stock market through private placements or rights issue. Pride Hotels is expected come out with an IPO raising over Rs 165 crore while Mahindra Holidays would be raising approximately Rs 190 crore through an IPO.
