Migrant Workers Beaten, Chased Away From Bus Stand In Bengaluru
Every day, hundreds of migrant workers turn up at the satellite bus stand off Mysuru Road on the outskirts of Karnataka's Bengaluru. They keep coming, despite being chased away with lathis. They come in the hope of getting a bus that will take them to a train which will take them home. But only some are allowed to make that journey each day. They still stand in queue daily hoping to make it. Maya Sharma sent us this report.
