Migrants from Bihar, UP live in harmony in Punjab

For many years, Punjab has been a preferred destination for migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Some of them are now leading businessmen in the state and are well-established. That is something said to be made possible only because of the people of Punjab. Tulsi Ram Mishra shifted to Ludhiana from a small village in Uttar Pradesh 40 years ago.
