Minor tweaks in prices won't impact us: Idea Cellular
Himanshu Kapania, Managing Director of Idea Cellular, says that a minor tweak in prices will have no impact towards the growth of mobile business. He said, "After the change in the promotional tariff from 1 paisa per second to 1.2 paise per second, we have had slow growth in the second quarter, which normally is a depressed quarter." He added that this minor price change will have no impact, in particular the voice business in rural sector.
