Mittal unhappy over delay in steel plants
Lakshmi Niwas Mittal may be betting big on the Indian steel industry but he is not happy with the pace at which things are moving in India. Arcelor-Mittal, the world's biggest steelmaker, is in the process of setting up two steel plants of 12 mt each in Orissa and Jharkhand bringing in over $20 billion of FDI. But constant delays due to bureaucratic and political red-tape have kept things in limbo.
