Mizoram's low-key campaigning
Election campaign in Mizoram is unusually low-key this year. Earlier, campaigns in the state were usually accompanied by festivities, feasting and performance by local rock groups. But cost cutting is being enforced by a powerful new lobby of the Church , Mizoram People's Forum this time.
