Sachin Pilot's Counsel, Mukul Rohatgi, tells NDTV that an MLA is answerable to his electorate. If the electorate wants him to do something even if it is against the views of the Chief Minister, then Sachin Pilot will have to do it but that cannot lead to disqualification, he said.
