Mobile cos to ring out call congestion
The private and public mobile phone operators are coming together to ring out a solution for call congestion. The phone users are already facing a lot of problem due to crowding at points of interconnection with the existence of multiple operators. Each operator in a circle connects to another individually, with most circles having as many as six operators. This creates congestion at transit, so calls do not go through.
