Along with high stress levels and lack of exercise, obesity is emerging as one of the major factors.Premnath Temkar is 15 kg overweight at the age of 47, and is being treated for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, a sleep disorder that affects 15 per cent of Indian adults.
