Modi's acceptability untouched by Gujarat riots?
The Special Investigation Team led by RK Raghavan concludes that there is no prosecutable evidence against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the 2002 riots case, but the Supreme Court-appointed lawyer Raju Ramachandran says offences can be made out against Mr Modi for promoting enmity between two groups and for acts and statements that went against national integration.
