Modi targets PM at rally in Imphal, says Nido's death a national shame
At a rally in Manipur today, BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi targeted Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who is a Rajya Sabha MP from Assam, and accused him of doing little for the development of the North-East region.
