Monitoring Mechanism Key to Power Sector Reforms: Deloitte
Deloitte India senior director, Debasish Mishra says the key to power sector reforms lies in a solid monitoring mechanism from the Centre. Earlier in 2012 there was a short-term debt restructuring plan but many of the things were not followed by the states, he said.
