Monsoon covers all of India, earliest in 50 years

Rain has covered all of India, reaching a month in advance. There was massive waterlogging at the IGI airport in Delhi where monsoon reached two weeks early. In Uttarakhand, over the past 24 hours, torrential rain, landslides; roadblocks and flash floods have swept away vehicles and heavy machineries with a high alert being sounded for local residents and labourers to move to higher ground.
