Godavari River Reaches Danger Mark, Telangana Rain 'Red Alert' Extended
The weather office has issued a red alert for Telangana’s Kadem project as waters of Godavari River reached the 700-feet danger mark. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao also held an emergency meeting after the red alert for Telangana was extended for another three days. Schools will remain shut for the rest of the week.
