MSP hike unlikely to push inflation higher: Ashok Gulati
Ashok Gulati, Chairman, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices (CACP),Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, told NDTV Profit that a hike in the minimum support price (MSP) for the Kharif season is positive. "This hike is unlikely to push inflation higher. It will, in fact, reduce import parity prices," he added.
