MTNL scheme crosses lines with DoT rules
MTNL's plans of allowing its subscribers to call between Delhi and Mumbai at local rates using 95 code is now under the DOT's lens. Using the dialing code, most MTNL landline users can dial between Delhi and Mumbai without having STD connections.
