Mumbai: 17 Malnutrition deaths in one year
Mumbai is home to India's richest people. But it's also a city where shockingly, poor children still die of malnutrition. A survey conducted by the NGO Apnalaya found that 17 children in a Mumbai slum have died of malnutrition this year. And a steep 62 per cent of the children it surveyed were found to be malnourished.
