Mumbai cab drivers decide horn free ride

Cab drivers in Mumbai, one of the noisiest cities in the country, have taken an oath not to use the horn while driving. It was all part of an initiative of the Mumbai Traffic Police to discipline motorists, to curb noise pollution and prevent road rage.
