Mumbai climate cops fine vehicles emitting CO2
In Mumbai, greenpeace climate control police officers were seen handing out challans for excessive CO2 emissions. It's an attempt to win over motorists to opt for fuel-efficient cars and getting carmakers to make fuel-efficient vehicles, for a campaign called "Lets Drive change".
