Mumbai plays host to sparrow shelters
In a very positive and heart-rending movement, homes for the sparrow are being built and adopted by city residents in Mumbai. These are spaces, that bird lovers' hope, will help boost the numbers of sparrows in the city, a population that's been on the decrease due to a variety of factors ranging from pollution to the rapidly decreasing green cover.
