Mumbai: Police control room not in control

Days after Prithviraj Chavan told NDTV that he had problems establishing contact with top police officers on the day of the Mumbai serial blasts, the Maharashtra Chief Minister has promised to upgrade the police control room. However as NDTV finds out, the control room is ill equipped, uses obsolete equipment and is understaffed.
