Mumbai's municipal corporation has decided to launch mugs to bring awareness on cleanliness and to instill a sense of pride in Amchi Mumbai. ''The elite also litter the city. They use coffee mugs so this is a way of giving them a message,'' said R A Rajiv, Additional Commissioner, BMC.
