Muslim Scholar Translates 'Ramcharitmanas' In Urdu
Nazneen Ansari, a translator in Varanasi, has undertaken the task to translate Tulsidas' Ramcharitmanas to Urdu. "Here I am translating the Ayodhya Kaand of Ramcharitmanas into Urdu so that people in Muslim families can learn the values and identity of Lord Ram. There are women in Muslim families who stay inside the houses and can only read Urdu. They should read this and learn the values as well as character of Lord Ram and Sita," she said.(Video credit: PTI)
