Muzaffarnagar: Yogi Adityanath's 'Revenge'?
In the aftermath of riots that rocked Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minster Yogi Adityanath said that he will take badla or revenge on protesters. There is no place for revenge in the functioning of a government, the government is meant to enforce the rule of law. But actions of the Uttar Pradesh police suggest less the rule of law is more about settling scores with UP's Muslims. Saurabh Shukla reports from Muzaffarnagar in Western Uttar Pradesh, where the police entered and did not spare even a 70-year-old man.
