Nagaland debates on Prez rule
Congress leader from Nagaland, I Imkong, came calling to New Delhi after President's Rule was imposed in the state late on Thursday night, just two months before Nagaland was to go to polls. ''It was to protect the spirit of the Constitution,'' said I Imkong, Congress Leader.
