Nalco, NLC divestment gets govt nod
The government has decided to disinvest ten per cent of its equity each in non-navratna public sector units National Aluminum Company (NALCO) and Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd. The decision was taken at a meeting of Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs (CCEA) chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P Chidambaram.
