"Namma Ooru Joker", an experimental satirical dark comedy, doesn't show faces of any actors involved. The film by Chennai-based filmmaker Balasubramanian Shanmugakumar has already won international awards including the Brazil Film Festival Award. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to Balasubramanian Shanmugakumar .
