Unlike the anniversaries of Rajiv and Indira Gandhi, there was just one tiny ad by the Andhra Pradesh government in the papers on the 91st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. The man credited with India’s economic reforms has virtually been shunned by the Congress all these years, except for one comment made by Sonia Gandhi last December.
