Nasscom cuts growth forecast, says IT environment may improve
Industry body NASSCOM has cut its growth forecast for the IT sector marginally for this year. However Som Mittal, President of NASSCOM says that early indications suggest that the operating environment may improve marginally. He adds that longer term strategies of diversifying across verticals and geographies are also helping IT companies at a time when traditional developed markets of US and Europe remain weak.
