Bengaluru South MP, Tejasvi Surya, is facing criticism for a comment he made at a pro-Citizenship Amendment Act rally at Bengaluru's Town Hall on Sunday. After saying that people from the IT industry, bankers, lawyers and people in ordinary jobs like auto drivers were supporting the law - he indicated that those who opposed it were illiterate and ran puncture shops. Tejasvi Surya spoke to NDTV's Maya Sharma on the controversy over his remarks.
