Himachal usually sees a bipolar contest between Congress and the BJP but the Aam Aadmi Party is trying to make its presence felt this time. The Congress has promised that it will provide employment to five lakh people if it comes to power. Last time, the BJP had won 11/15 seats of Kangra.
