NDTV Election Carnival: Who Will Win In Bihar's Hot Seat Saran
NDTV's 'Election Carnival' has reached Saran in Bihar after covering Delhi, Haridwar, Meerut, Bharatpur, Lucknow, Mainpuri, Ayodhya and Varanasi. The seat is considered very important in this election. Former Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy is in the fray from the BJP, while Rohini Acharya has been made the candidate from RJD to give him a fight.
