NDTV Ground Zero report: Roadblocks hamper rescue operations in Uttarkashi

A cloud burst on Friday has led to 31 deaths in Uttarkashi. Hundreds of houses have also been damaged. Indo-Tibetan Border Police and state disaster management forces are currently involved in the rescue operations.
