NDTV-Piramal Foundation Launches Cultivating Hope Campaign With Akshay Kumar
Cultivating Hope, a campaign to raise awareness about issues faced by the farmers in India, was launched by NDTV and Piramal Foundation. Actor Akshay Kumar, who feels very strongly about the issue and has been supporting drought-struck farmers, supported the cause and said that the farmer crisis in the country is the most important issue that needs to be addressed it on high priority. I am glad to be part of this dialogue and am willing to contribute to the cause, to the best of my abilities, the actor added.
