Need more clarity on green norms for projects: HCC
Ajit Gulabchand, CMD at Hindustan Construction Company says that there has to be clarity on environmental standards set up by the Centre for passing a project. Also jurisdiction of the Centre and the state governments on decision making and handling of matters should be clearly defined.
