Need rethink on ambush in civilian areas: Omar on Handwara killing
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said the killing of Manzoor by the Army in Handwara has created a rethink in certain quarters about laying ambushes close to civilian areas. He also said that the suggestion was, indeed, made at the unified command meeting, something that the Army Chief claimed he wasn’t aware of in an interview to NDTV.
