"Need To Check Bigger Nexus At Play": Lawyer On Mahua Moitra Case
Supreme Court advocate Ashwini Dubey says a lot depends on the mode and method that the Lok Sabha ethics committee decides to examine the Mahua Moitra case. He says the key question is to examine the larger nexus. The Trinamool Congress MP has been summoned by the Lok Sabha ethics committee on October 31 in the "cash for query" controversy. The committee agreed the allegations against Ms Moitra were "very serious".
