'Needs Scientific Probe Of Car Crash': Expert On Rishabh Pant Accident
"If you really want to understand why an accident happens, you need to look at different things like the environment, vehicle, and humans together to understand this. I work to train police to investigate accidents. We almost have 67 factors to determine this, but we unfortunately look at only 5-6 factors," Dr Rohit Baluja, president the Institute of Road Traffic Education and director of Traffic Management College, said on the Rishabh Pant car crash.
