Lalit Bhanot, chairman of the Preparation Committee for Tokyo Olympics, tells NDTV, "I was expecting 3 medals in athletics. I was very sure that Neeraj Chopra would win a medal, but I wasn't sure that it would be a Gold. He was competing against tough competitors."
