With NEET exams on across the country, hundreds of medical aspirants in the national capital missed their exam yesterday due to last-minute changes in testing centres and the freakish weather. NDTV spoke to one such student who broke down in tears, recounting that she made it to the testing centre just 5 minutes before the exam began after wading through severe waterlogging. She pleaded with the government for a second chance and more compassion for medical students.
