A legal fight against medical negligence has been going on for four years and is caught in red tape. Suresh Talera is a prominent Pune businessman and has been fighting a four year battle against the Jehangir Hospital in Pune. Talera's wife Susheela was operated upon by doctors at the Jehangir hospital in Pune to remove gall bladder stones on June 26 of 2002.
