Nepal army won't challenge public mandate: Rookmangud Katawal
The former Nepal Army Chief General Rookmangud Katawal believes the fragile democracy in the country is the result of its leaders not being able to come together. He urged the leaders to rise above regionalism, ethnicity and talk about one Nepal.
