Nepal's Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli and Chinese President Xi Jinping have met Beijing and signed a nine-point Memorandum of Understanding to enhance bilateral cooperation across various sectors. The signing took place on Tuesday during Oli's ongoing four-day to China. The agreement covers eight key areas of cooperation. Kathmandu has also expressed interest in a "No Loan Pact" concerning the projects under China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), signalling mutual understanding between the two countries.
