Nepal rebels may restart struggle
Eight months after the breakthrough in Nepal, there are fresh concerns that Maoist rebels in the country may restart their armed struggle. The Maoists had called a ceasefire after King Gyanendra ended his controversial direct rule in April, restoring Parliament.
